Ryan Hughes has over thirty years of working experience in group benefits. Currently he is licensed for Life, Health, Annuities and General Lines. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Indiana University, is an active member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce as well as a local church. Ryan is a founding member of Christian Business Connections and volunteers in leadership roles including President. Ryan has worked since 1989 designing and enhancing employee benefit plans for small to large-group employers. His experience in both the insurance carrier and independent consultant sides of the business allows him to tailor to a company’s needs, whether it has two employees or 2,000. He resides in Lithia with his wife and two sons.

Benefits Consultant
Has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Tampa. He is Life and Health Licensed. John has two children and resides with his wife in Bradenton.

Benefits Consultant
Has 20+ years of experience working with employers benefit programs and individuals planning in the Tampa Bay area. She prides herself on the relationships she has cultivated with employers, individual clients and providers. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Western Michigan University. Professional licensing includes Life, Health & Annuity, Series 7 and Series 63. Susan lives in Tampa with her husband and two sons.
